A little something about the designer
I remember traveling to my grandparents’ house in Pennsylvania every year when I was a child. Their house was on a large piece of land that was filled with an abundant source of natural elements like small creeks, flowers, fruit and vegetable gardens and neighboring pets. My cousins and I would go on endless journeys and explorations where we walked with a sense of direction that came from our spirits. We would dip our feet in clear streams, pick apples off of trees and make wild flower bouquets for our families. We felt free and inspired by the things we had seen and felt throughout those days. It was around this time in my life that I started to feel an intense appreciation for my natural surroundings.
I started to observe how things grew as I grew. I found it fascinating how things in nature reacted to one another and the endless relationship they had. My interest in nature, I had as a child, continued to develop throughout my life. I still believe so much can be created from what has already been created on earth, and I think it's important to use what the world has to offer.
